About SaveMyHairline

Choosing a hair transplant doctor is a high-stakes decision made in a low-information market. Marketing is loud, independent information is scarce, and the practical details that matter (prices, who operates, aftercare) are hard to compare across clinics. SaveMyHairline exists to put the checkable facts in one place.

Independence

We take no money from clinics for placement, ranking, or visibility. No doctor can pay to appear here, appear higher, or have anything removed. The directory is sorted by how many people wrote about their own experience with a doctor, by name or by price: counts and published figures, never a rating.

How the facts are collected

  • Public records first. Medical registers, board directories, and regulator publications, checked against what each clinic claims.
  • The clinic’s own pages. Prices, procedures, and practice details are shown as the clinic itself publishes them, with the source recorded. Where a clinic publishes nothing, the page says "Not published" rather than guessing.
  • Documented events only. Warnings on a profile come from court, regulator, or coroner records, or clearly labelled community reports. Never from our opinion of anyone’s skill.

Patient reports

Profiles show what patients wrote on reddit about their own experience with the doctor: one card per person, each linked to the original threads. No scores, no stars: the discussions themselves, in context. Other forums and review sites may follow.
