Dr. Abdul Muttalip Keser

Dr. A. Muttalip Keser is a specialist in esthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery, graduating from Ankara University Medical Faculty in 1991 and training in plastic surgery at Ankara Numune Education and Research Hospital from 1992 to 1997 1.
