Dr. Christian Bisanga

Christian Bisanga founded BHR Clinic in Brussels in 2006 1. BHR is based in Rhode-Saint-Genèse, and its site also lists two other doctors, Konstantinos Lampropoulos and Abby Kyambikwa 2. Per BHR's site, he holds a medical degree in Surgery and Obstetrics from the Catholic University of Louvain and then moved to the United States to work in hair transplantation, with no dates given for any of it 1. The clinic describes him as multilingual (French, English, Swahili, Lingala) and as sought out for complex repair cases alongside primary transplants 1.

BHR lists FUE, FUT/strip, body hair transplant and repair, PRP and scalp micropigmentation among its services 2. Per the clinic's FAQ, FUE sessions can harvest up to 3,000 grafts in a day and FUT sessions up to 5,000 grafts where appropriate 3. It describes a dense-packing approach aimed at the most appropriate density for each patient rather than the maximum possible, citing an acceptable transection rate of around 5 to 7% and an acceptable graft growth rate of roughly 94 to 98% 3. Body hair, most often beard, is described as a last resort once scalp donor supply is limited 3.
