Boeken en nazorg
Wie patiënt wil worden, begint met een online consultformulier in plaats van een bezoek ter plaatse, en elk geval wordt beoordeeld door het medische team van de kliniek 4. Het formulier vraagt om een uitgebreide medische voorgeschiedenis, waaronder huidige of eerdere aandoeningen, allergieën voor medicatie of lokale verdoving, en huidaandoeningen zoals een neiging tot keloïd of hypertrofische littekens 4. De kliniek vermeldt hem als medeoprichter en Deputy Chair van de Portuguese Aesthetic and Anti-Ageing Medicine Society, lid van de Iberian Latin American Society of Hair Transplant en Associate Member van de ISHRS 2. Two weeks after surgery they said "the experience was amazing and it looks like great job so far", describing a hairline drawn over about 30 minutes. At 7 months they were "really happy with results" and "real happy with how natural it turned out".

In September 2023 they cancelled their appointment after seeing patient pictures on a Spanish forum in which they said he implanted in rows, while calling him an ethical doctor, and booked Dr Laorwong instead. In February 2025 they again passed on him in a Pinto-versus-Panchaprateep decision, saying they did not get the 100% right vibe after more research.
