They say Dr Ilhan did the extractions, hairline placement and injections, while two long-time technicians implanted. He called the experience nothing short of amazing, said there was no pressure and that the doctor did most of the work with technicians assisting, and said he would highly recommend him. At one month he reported the shedding phase, a still-tender donor area and random breakouts, and gave no verdict at that point.

Much_Charity_5591 did not have a hair transplant: in April 2026 he reported a 4-month non-surgical treatment with Dr Ilhan Serdaroglu, PRP plus a spray plus a herbal treatment, for noticeable crown thinning. He said the first 1-2 months were slow but after month 3 things changed a lot, and that it was "way better than I expected". He was glad to have tried this before going for a transplant.
