  QueenNibz2 had a partial-shave FUE of 1,429 grafts with Dr. Pekiner in Ankara on August 29, 2025, paying $7,000 USD plus $1,500 in flights. Days after surgery she wrote 'Love Dr. Pekiner!', but by mid-September she posted that he is 'way too expensive for the quality of work you get'. She says an assistant or tech did all her extractions, he was out of town the day after surgery, she had no real post-op care, and the clinic stopped answering her messages. He posted updates from day 10 to one year, saying he was very pleased with the experience and was thrilled at 4 months, and at 7 months that Pekiner really knocked it out the park. His minor complaints: reaching the practice before booking was a hassle, he wished staff asked about pain more often, and at 7 months the central hairline could be thicker. He posted updates from day 8 through 2 years 6 months, calling the early results great, saying growth was strong with minimal shedding, and at 9 months noting the crown was still filling in and that a second procedure might be needed. At 30 months he wrote that he had "tremendous results", is happy with the current result and does not want to use more grafts, and credited Pekiner's refusal to overharvest the donor.

  The user had a 1,318-graft procedure with Dr. Pekiner on 1 June 2024 (Ankara) to fill the temples and add density to the temple peaks, paying 3 euro per graft (shown as 3954 EUR) in one thread and $3.26 per graft (about $4,296) in another. Through 2024 they reported being happy with the hairline and donor, with shock loss and a few small bumps early on, and noted that communication was the business's worst trait and that Pekiner could be hard to reach. At 19 months they were very happy with the hairline shape and donor but felt the fine-haired temples looked sparse and see-through, and Pekiner did a free 627-graft touch-up in January 2026 (1,945 grafts in total). At 11 days after the touch-up they said the experience was great overall but they were judging the temple corners harshly, and expected to need another 6-9 months to judge.

They said it took about 2.5 months to get a first reply, but once the doctor reviewed the case things moved fast, and they got a cancellation slot with a three-week wait. They called it "a truly first class experience", with Pekiner involved in hairline design and graft placement. They reported some shedding at three months, less than expected.   Normal_Wrangler7960 had a two-day FUE of 2,070 grafts with Dr. Pekiner in November 2024 for 6,800 USD (travel not included, one PRP treatment included), after switching from a booking with Dr. Turan when a cancellation opened up. Healing at day 9 and one month went smoothly, with shedding from about week 3. At 5 months he said it was the "best decision ever", and at 6 months he said it made a big difference around the hairline while not being super noticeable otherwise. No complications are reported.

He reports a month-long wait for the first reply and says communication was smooth once booked. He said Pekiner did every part of the operation himself and that anyone booked with him had made the right choice. He found pre-op contact with the coordinator not the best, though everything ran smoothly once in Ankara. He paid 3.8 euros per graft (11,077 EUR total) and wrote that "There is not another surgeon in the world I would want than to work on me more than him." At almost nine months he said he was "pretty happy with it", with no grafts placed in the crown and a possible future crown transplant discussed.

  wantedvisuals, a 39-year-old man, had a 1,541-graft hairline procedure (FUE) with Dr Pekiner on 2 March 2024, paying just over $4,000 for bloodwork and surgery. During the procedure he called Pekiner "literally the best in the world" and the day-1 process "amazing". He then reported an infection, 10/10 pain, and pitting and ridging at the recipient sites, and said he was ignored by the clinic for the first two months. By 3 to 3.5 months he reported more direct communication from Pekiner, treatment with steroids and creams, and called it "a botched surgery" while still describing Pekiner as a very good surgeon; the pitting had not resolved in his last update.

  gunbygang reports a 2,300-graft FUE hairline procedure with Dr. Kaan Pekiner in Ankara in June 2021, paying roughly $7,000 (an earlier post gives about 2.3-2.5 EUR per graft; hotel and transport included, flights separate), at around age 23. They posted updates from day 2 through 3 years. They were ecstatic early on and called him "an artist", but at the 2-year update said they were initially unsatisfied until about the one-year mark, and report some new mid-scalp and crown thinning with a second transplant planned. They describe no complications and chose not to stay on finasteride because of side effects.
