Dr Marwan Saifi werkt bij Saifi Hair Transplant in Wroclaw, Polen, een kliniek die hij heeft opgericht en bezit 12. Behandelingen en technieken
De kliniek biedt FUE en FUT aan, zegt dat ze beide even goed uitvoert en laat een geschikte patiënt meestal zelf kiezen 3. Voor FUE zegt ze punches van 0,7 tot 0,8 mm te gebruiken en een FUE-apparaat dat door de arts wordt bediend, geen robot 3. Ze noemt PLN 15 per graft tot 1.000 grafts, PLN 12 voor elke graft van 1.000 tot 2.500, en PLN 10 voor elke graft boven 2.500 6. Herstel van eerdere transplantaties staat vermeld voor PLN 25.000 tot 40.000 en wenkbrauwen voor PLN 12.000 tot 18.000 6. De prijslijst zegt niet wat er bij de graftprijs is inbegrepen 6. Boeken en nazorg
De kliniek zegt dat consulten ter plaatse van maandag tot en met vrijdag vanaf 14:30 plaatsvinden, te boeken per e-mail of telefoon 6. Foto's voor een consult kunnen via het contactformulier worden gestuurd 7. Volgens de kliniek duurt een FUE-sessie meestal 4 tot 8 uur onder lokale verdoving met een licht kalmeringsmiddel 3. Registergegevens vermelden hem als ABHRS-diplomate (Marwan Saifi, MD, FISHRS) 8. De ISHRS vermeldt hem als Fellow Member in Wroclaw, Polen, met 2006 als jaar waarin hij lid werd 9. Zijn site zegt dat hij in 2014 ISHRS Fellow werd en in 2016 directeur van een door de ISHRS goedgekeurd Fellowship Training Program 1. Mountain_Interest976 had a second transplant with Dr Saifi in Wrocław in late 2022: 1,900 FUE grafts to lower the forehead, for just under €5,000, about 8 months after a first FUE of 2,500 grafts. Two weeks after, he was "absolutely delighted with the hairline", and at 4.5 months he was very happy with the work and said Dr Saifi gives straight answers. He found the surgeon conservative, with a hairline design they agreed on after discussion. He said growth was minimal until about month four, expects modest density from fine hair, and would have preferred only one transplant.

They describe the doctor as "very conservative" but say they have some hair and are no longer bald, writing "Still I think it wasn't the worse decision." This patient had about 1200 grafts in the crown plus a strip scar reduction with Dr. Marwan Saifi in Wroclaw, Poland in 2024 for about 5k USD. About a week after surgery they called it a great experience and said it was great work, while noting results would take months. In a later comment they again said they had a great experience, and in February 2025 said he did a great job and that they planned to return the next month for an FUT scar to be filled in.

After two earlier FUE transplants with another doctor left scarring and a depleted donor area, he had an FUE with Dr. Marwan Saifi in Poland on 31 May 2024. He says he spoke directly to the doctor from the first message, that a taxi and two hotel nights were free, and that the cost was cheaper than in the US with flight included. He calls the experience above anything he has had and says he is very happy with the results, though he may do one more operation for density.
