He wrote 'I’m worried that it isn’t dense enough, but maybe it’s too early to tell?' while noting the hair sits about right with his natural hairline.     itshanito had 2300 grafts with Dr Maziar Sadri at London Hair Transplant Clinic in Edgware on 9 July 2023 for £4,000. He chose the clinic for its good reviews and because it is local. At about 8 months he wrote "Delighted with the progress!" and said he was surprised how much the hairline was lowered. He takes dutasteride and topical minoxidil.

    In a December 2022 comment, grant9999 said they had a procedure with Dr Sadri that left the hairline looking "pluggy" and that they "Had to get a repair job elsewhere". They add that the assistant put the grafts in but Sadri made the holes, that the grafts were all at different angles, and that a few were taken out and re-implanted elsewhere. No graft count, price or date is given.

    RealisticResource182 had a consultation with Dr Sadri at LHCSC in London and has not had surgery with him. He says Sadri quoted a high number of grafts and would work on the temples for a very reasonable price, but agrees it felt "a bit sales pitchy". He could not find reviews or posts about the clinic and said Google and Trustpilot mean nothing to him.
