Beautiful-Break543 had an FUE of 1850 grafts with Dr Malkani at Wimpole Clinic on 17 December 2023, aged 22, and paid £6000. They posted updates from day 105 through month 15, calling it "Best decision I ever made" and later "the best decision of my life". They said the swelling was brutal but went down after a week, and that they felt "ripped off by a grand or so" because others seem to get more grafts for less at this clinic. They stay on finasteride at a reduced dose after side effects and stopped minoxidil.

He originally paid for 2400 grafts but the doctor settled on 1963 during surgery, for reasons he does not know. On day two he called the clinic 'awesome' and the doctor 'fantastic'; at six months he had no regrets and called Malkani 'Excellent and helpful bloke. Incredibly knowledgeable.', crediting finasteride and topical minoxidil for much of the result.

In May 2024 they were considering a December procedure at Wimpole Clinic, where Dr Malkani was proposed with 1800 grafts for temples, frontal area and hairline. They then asked Wimpole to switch to Dr Dayah, whom they described as a high density specialist, and gave no experience of or verdict on Dr Malkani.
