apertle, a woman, had a non-shaven FUE of 1700 grafts with Dr Prima at Hairsmith in Thailand on 10 December 2025, paying 120 THB per graft including medication, aftercare, PRP, a laser helmet and a satisfaction guarantee. She wrote four days later that she was quite happy about the whole process and the hairline seems nice, with photos still to come. In an earlier comment she said she paid the stated amount and no more. Results are only days old.

OverInevitable99 had a shaved FUE of 3500 grafts with Dr Prima Tossaborvorn at Hairsmith in Bangkok at about 80 THB per graft, asking for a natural look and donor preserved for a possible second procedure. At 6+ months he said he is happy with the result and glad to have gone to her, though he wished for more density at the front. He noted assistants took a few days to answer scheduling questions and that she gave 6 months of dutasteride and minoxidil rather than the advertised year.

IAmGettingOff had 2,260 grafts with Dr. Prima (Patty) Tossaborvorn on 21 May 2024, after she quoted 2,500 over Zoom and 1,600 in person and they chose to lower the hairline. At almost day 21 they said the transplant was going 'Surprisingly really good', with few transplanted hairs fallen out, no remaining redness and only one of 100+ anaesthetic injections felt. They disputed the claim that she uses more grafts than other doctors. It is an early report; no price is stated.

Fresh-Coach5838 had consultations in Bangkok in April 2026 with Dr. Path, Dr. Laorwong and Dr. Prima (Tossaborvorn) and has not had surgery with Dr. Prima. They were quoted about 100 THB per graft by her and said price was not the deciding factor. They were most impressed with Dr. Path, who alone addressed their limited donor, and said the other two 'leaned toward scalp-only, which honestly surprised me given my situation'.

Silver__Birch, a 36-year-old Australian, wrote a day-by-day account of his transplant with Dr Prima at Hairsmith in Bangkok in November 2024, written at day 3. He found Hairsmith the most responsive clinic he contacted but much more expensive, at 33750 baht (about A$10,000) against about A$3,000 for 3000 grafts in Mumbai. He says he regrets in some ways not going to Mumbai because of the price difference. No result is reported yet.

Ill_Discount2846 had not had surgery in February 2025 and was deciding between Dr. Ratchathorn at Absolute Hair Clinic and Dr. Prima at Hairsmith. They had no firsthand experience, but said Dr. Prima's online results look fantastic and her hairline design is one of the best they have seen, and gave her price as 80 BHT per graft against 90 BHT for Ratchathorn.

oldsport52, a Norwood 7, had close to 10,000 grafts at Hairsmith in Bangkok between 2019 and 2021, with rates around 30 THB per graft at the time. They said "Bottom line is I am happy with the work of the Hairsmith team" and praised the body hair extraction. They also said Dr. Prima's aesthetic eye was not the best, with an awkward hairline and unequal gaps that needed follow-up sessions, which were fixed.
