Dr Alejandro Fuentes Fuentes runs a hair transplant and hair medicine clinic in San Pedro Garza García, in the Monterrey area of Mexico 16. The clinic's site says (in Spanish) that he has worked only in trichology and hair transplantation since 2014 2. His bio says he qualified in medicine at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León 2. It says he did specialist and postgraduate training in Pamplona, Spain, from 2010 to 2014 and a hair medicine and transplant specialisation at the Universidad de Alcalá in 2015 2. It says he was a fellow with Dr José Luis Afonso Junior from 2016 to 2019 2. It says he worked at hair transplant clinics in Spain, Brazil and Portugal before practising in Mexico 2.

The clinic says it specialises in FUE 1. Its technique page says FUE uses a punch of 0.7 to 1 mm, by hand or motorised 3.
