Arika Bansal co-founded Eugenix Hair Sciences with Dr Pradeep Sethi, holding an MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College and an MD in Dermatology from AIIMS, New Delhi.1 She specialised in hair transplant techniques.2 The clinic describes her as one of the few female surgeons in India specialising in hair transplant surgery, focused on female hair transplants, density and hairline design, under the motto "Do it once, do it right."2

Eugenix operates clinics in Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar.3 Services include male and female hair transplant, FUE, its Direct Hair Transplant (DHT) technique, hairline reconstruction, beard transplants and repair of failed procedures.4 In DHT, recipient sites are created first, then grafts are scored with a motorized punch and loaded into SAVA implanters for simultaneous extraction and implantation.3 The clinic says this keeps grafts outside the body under 30 minutes, versus three to four hours in conventional FUE.5 It adds that immediate implantation raises graft survival above 95 percent.6 It looks for a stable donor area and a diagnosis of pattern baldness rather than alopecia areata, and is cautious with patients under about 25 whose pattern has not stabilised.6 For women, it first checks for reversible causes such as thyroid, iron deficiency or hormonal shifts, and offers a non-shave option.6

Most male patients get a free initial consultation at any of its four clinics, usually with a founder-trained panel surgeon; direct consultations are also available.5 The clinic frames this as a medical screening, not a sales meeting, saying it will tell a patient plainly if a transplant is not their best option.6 On the morning of surgery its staff handle any required shaving, and beard hair is kept as a backup donor source if needed.6 It describes a post-surgery team reachable by phone or text through recovery.4
