Background
Arvind Poswal is the featured surgeon at Dr. A's Clinic in New Delhi's C.R. Park, the practice behind fusehair.com.2 Its biography credits him with medical studies at the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, describes him as inventor of the stitchless FUSE technique, and states he has worked in hair transplantation since 1997.1 Dr. Raghav Poswal also practises at the clinic, with the site describing his focus as beard-to-scalp restoration and beard redesign for younger patients.2
Procedures and techniques
The clinic offers FUHT (strip) and FUSE, its own needle-assisted extraction method, plus body hair, beard-to-scalp and eyebrow restoration.2 In FUHT a donor strip is excised and sutured closed, grafts are dissected under magnification, and recipient slits are cut before placement.4 For FUSE, the punch goes less deep than it considers safe for standard FUE, with the rest of the follicular unit's separation done by needle under magnification.5 It can place 40 to 70 grafts per square centimetre, carry out 4,000 to 5,000 grafts a day, and does not use laser or recommend scalp reduction or flap surgery.4 It advises against surgery for women with Ludwig I loss and against transplanting into areas affected by active Lupus.4 Patients on Coumadin stop the drug a week beforehand, and diabetics need their own physician to confirm the condition is well controlled.4
Pricing
Pricing is inconsistent across the clinic's own pages: one lists $0.75 per graft for FUHT and $1 per graft for FUSE, an offer stated valid to 31 August 2021, while another gives a general Delhi-market range of INR 25 to INR 150 per graft, worked out to INR 25,000 to INR 150,000 for 1,000 grafts.3 It offers a sample graft session for INR 15,000 to preview grafting quality before full surgery, bills by intact grafts rather than hair count, and states it offers no discounts or referral price breaks.4

Credentials and memberships
Poswal is a Full Member per the ISHRS Find-a-Doctor registry.6 The clinic's site also lists him as a member of several other bodies, including the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons and as President of FUE Europe, claims not corroborated in the locally checked registry snapshots for those organisations.1
