This patient paid €3750 for MedArt's Premium package (4500 grafts, 3300 head and 1200 beard, DHI) in April 2026 after the coordinator confirmed in writing that Dr. Büşra Yakupoğlu would personally do the hairline and beard. They say she designed the hairline and did the frontal zone, then left the room, and technicians did the rest, including the beard. The clinic ignored their request for a €450 refund for 9 days. They say the work looks okay so far at about 1.2 months but call it a breach of contract.

Before surgery he said he trusted her after two calls; on day 0 he called it very good overall, with some logistic miscommunication. He paid about $3,800 in total for the exclusive package plus Ozone Therapy. He said "My doctor was amazing" and he had no issues the entire time, though he found it strange that the doctor was only assigned on the day of surgery.
