Dr Byung-kwon Lee (이병권) is the representative director of Mo & Line Plastic Surgery (모앤라인성형외과의원) in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, near Sinsa Station 12. The site footer names Dr Lee as the clinic's registered representative 1. He is a board-certified plastic surgeon 1. His bio says he is an adjunct professor of plastic surgery at Daegu Catholic University Hospital and trained in plastic surgery at the University of Tokyo 1. The clinic's site covers only hairline correction and hair transplants, and says its two directors focus on these alone 13. The second director is Dr Se-hoon Kim (김세훈) 1.

The clinic offers non-shaven FUE for large sessions, strip harvesting, combined strip and FUE surgery, and repair of earlier transplants 31. It also lists hairline correction for men and women, crown, sideburn and scar transplants, and non-surgical hair loss treatment 3. The English site describes a "Dual slit & No-touch Forceps technique", in which a slit knife makes each recipient site and the grafts are placed with forceps 4. The clinic says Dr Lee designs the hairline, extracts the follicles, makes the slits and implants the grafts himself 5. It says trained technicians separate the grafts beside him 5. It also says he plans and leads every operation, with other plastic surgeons on the team working under him 5.

The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, with late hours on Friday 2. Booking is by phone, KakaoTalk or an online form; the English site also offers WhatsApp, LINE and Instagram 26. The site does not describe aftercare terms; a menu item on customer care and a guarantee scheme had no content when we checked 3.

The Korean Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (KSHRS) member finder lists Dr Lee at Mo & Line Plastic Surgery, with the clinic's address and website 7. The clinic site says he is a regular member of the KSHRS and of the ISHRS; our ISHRS captures do not list him 1. It also lists memberships of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the Korean Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Asian Association of Hair Restoration Surgeons 1.
