Dr Daniela Moncada is the hair implant doctor at DHI Costa Rica, a clinic of the DHI franchise in Escazú, San José, Costa Rica 12. The clinic's site says (in Spanish) that she graduated as a physician and surgeon 1. It says she is registered with the Colegio de Médicos y Cirujanos de Costa Rica under code 14304 1. It says she trained in hair restoration with the DHI Hair Restoration Academy and has more than eight years of experience 1. She is the only doctor on the clinic's team page 1.

The clinic uses DHI: grafts are taken one by one and placed directly with an implanter pen, without making incisions first 3. The site says one doctor extracts and implants the grafts from start to finish 35. It gives the punch size as 1.0 mm or less, and 0.8 mm or less on another page 35. The clinic says it does not perform FUT 3. The FAQ says extraction and implantation are each limited to four hours, and larger cases are done over one or two days 4. The clinic also offers eyebrow, beard and female hair restoration 2.
