    ElWaster had 3,500 grafts from the front to the back of the crown at Dr Panno's clinic in Marbella, Spain for 5k euros, alongside mesotherapy, PRP, Fin 0.25 and topical minoxidil. He chose it because the clinic is 45 minutes from home, so aftercare is easy, and got a quote within an hour of a WhatsApp message. At 20 weeks he said he can still feel lots of smaller new hairs growing, and called the nursing staff at the free monthly check-ups excellent.

    SnooOranges5731 wrote the day after his transplant with Dr. Ezequiel Panno in Marbella, in December 2025. The procedure lasted 11 hours and included a plasma injection; graft count and price are not given. He says Panno was involved at every stage, from drawing the hairline to personally punching the recipient holes, and spent time afterwards explaining post-operative care to him and his wife. He calls him an excellent doctor and highly recommends him; no healed result is reported yet.
