    futuresverse paid €4,900 for an 8-hour transplant in 2025 at Dr. Felix's clinic in Bucharest, Romania, focused mainly on the hairline. About 9 months later he says he is "honestly really disappointed": the hairline looks thin and sparse in spots, which was exactly what he wanted to fix, though overall density is decent. The clinic prices by procedure length rather than graft number, so he was never given a graft count. He is tempted to ask for a correction procedure.

    Rush19121 had an FUE hairline transplant with Dr. Felix Popescu in Romania in early 2022, aged 22, to build a hairline he never had because of triangular alopecia. He paid 4,500 euro, with no PRP included, and guesses under 1,400 grafts. Early on he asked about a 0.7 cm left-right asymmetry, and commenters criticised multi-hair grafts in the front line while others called the work dense and clean. By January 2025 he reports the transplant looks great after 2 years, and he recommends the surgeon as "1 of the best in the world".

    unclemoose had a second transplant with Dr Felix in Bucharest in September 2023, a year and a half after the first one with the same doctor, to get more density using hairs from the sides. He thinks both procedures were 3500 grafts but says he is not really sure, and that the clinic charges by hours worked rather than grafts. Posting the day after, he said he loved that they did not have to cut his hair completely and that a transplant is the way to go. No price is given and the result is only one day old.
