Dr. Injae Lee

Dr Injae Lee (이인재) is the representative director of Motential Clinic (모텐셜의원) in Cheongdam, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the only doctor the clinic lists 125. The clinic does FUE hair transplants, scalp micropigmentation (SMP), eyebrow transplants and hair loss care 3. His page says he was formerly a director of NewHair Clinic and wrote a hair transplantation textbook; a later line on the same page calls him a co-author 2. It lists talks at ISHRS world congresses in 2021, 2022 and 2023 and at KSHRS meetings in May and November 2025 2. The credentials page lists a 2025 journal paper on revising poor SMP results 3.

Motential does FUE only, with no strip surgery, including non-shaven and large-session FUE 4. The clinic says Dr Lee personally performs the whole procedure, from consultation and hairline design to extraction, implantation and follow-up 4. It says it takes only one patient a day 4. Motential prices transplants by the number of hairs, not grafts, and says a graft holds 1 to 3 hairs 4. Standard FUE is KRW 2,200,000 per 1,000 hairs and KRW 6,600,000 for 3,000 hairs; non-shaven FUE is KRW 3,300,000 per 1,000 hairs and KRW 9,900,000 for 3,000 hairs 4. The clinic says these are tax-inclusive totals with anaesthesia, post-operative medication and follow-up included, and that the final count and price are set after an examination 4. Because the prices are per hair, there is no figure for 3,000 grafts 4.

Motential is on the 3rd floor of the Gallery JC Building, 415 Dosan-daero, and works by appointment only 5. It is open Tuesday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00, and closed on Sunday and Monday 5. The clinic treats the year after surgery as part of the procedure, with progress reviews by Dr Lee 4. If Dr Lee and the patient agree at 12 months that more density is needed, the clinic says it adds it at no extra charge 4.
