A later row describes a 1,400-graft first transplant in February 2021 and a second touch-up with the same doctor in September 2022, which another post puts at a little over 1k grafts. He says the first result "turned out great the first time" and calls Cohen very reputable. He chose a US surgeon so help would be 20 minutes from home, and says he gets no commission.

At more than 3 weeks post-op they report an early, factual update: a lot of shedding after starting medication a few weeks earlier, and what felt like a little shock loss in the surrounding area. They are waiting for the transplanted hairs to fall out and expect the result by next fall. They give no overall verdict or cost.
