Procedures and techniques
The clinic offers FUE, FUT, Long Hair FUE, body and beard hair FUE, eyebrow and beard transplants, hairline lowering, corrective surgery and scalp micropigmentation 14. In a May 2026 thread about his consultation with Dr. Ron Shapiro, he said that both Pak's and Shapiro's consultation specialists told him the prohibition on implanting into the frontalis muscle is not a hard rule. He gave the cost as '8k' with no currency stated. He gave no written overall verdict; he reported no shock loss, no shave, and that it was unnoticeable after 5 days with a comb-over, but wondered if he is a slow grower because the 6-month result looked like many 3-month results. He did not reply to later requests for an update.

pinstripe123 had 1,788 grafts by FUT with Dr Jae Pak in March 2018, to fix a front hairline left by a 2013 transplant by another surgeon and to cover the crown, followed by 1,000 long-hair FUE grafts with Dr Pak in November 2019. He says the hairline looked natural afterwards, but years later the crown is pretty bare and the hair in front is thinning. He took no medication, believing the transplant was the solution; commenters said that untreated native hair keeps falling. He gave no overall verdict and said he would call Dr Pak to see what can be done.

He later reports a 2020 FUT with Dr Pak of 2,180 grafts, no price stated. About five years on, he says the donor line is hard to see unless buzzed, hair thickened around 1 to 1.5 years and the hairline has stayed consistent on finasteride and minoxidil. He says he couldn't recommend Dr Pak more.
