Dr. Jeffrey S. Epstein

Jeffrey Epstein is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon who the clinic says specializes exclusively in hair restoration and hairline lowering surgery.1 He established his practice in 1994 and, per the clinic, has since performed over 22,000 hair procedures, more than a quarter to repair prior work done elsewhere.2 He practices in Miami as founder of Foundation Aesthetic Hair Restoration (also branded under his own name).3 The clinic states he oversees six other plastic surgeons he trained and mentors, and that every step of a patient's care, from consultation through follow-up, is performed personally by Dr. Epstein with a team of nurses and support staff.2

Offerings include FUE hair transplants, hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery, eyebrow and beard restoration, body hair transplantation (BHT), reparative work, and scalp micropigmentation.1 A no-shave FUE option is offered, said to let patients be presentable the next day.4 For BHT, hair is harvested from the chest, back or beard for the scalp, with regrowth described as somewhat lower for chest and back hair; most chest/back extraction uses twilight sedation.4 On hairline lowering, the clinic frames Dr. Epstein as one of few surgeons offering both forehead-reduction surgery and transplantation.1 Gender-affirmation work is also offered, including hairline transplants for male-to-female and beard restoration for female-to-male patients.5

The clinic states its fees reflect Dr. Epstein's own skill and run high, and that price-conscious patients are instead offered his partner of 14 years, Dr. Anthony Bared, assisted by the same technicians.6 No per-graft or package pricing is published. The consultation fee is $300 in person or by webcam, applied toward any procedure booked; reviewing photos is usually free.6 It is described as covering the consultation, travel/hotel help, a dedicated coordinator, pre- and post-procedure care, and 24/7 phone access to Dr. Epstein.6 Financing is available through CareCredit and Alle/Cherry.7

Consultations happen in person in Miami or virtually by webcam, with a dedicated coordinator (Roxy or Dannette) alongside Dr. Epstein.6 Procedures take place at the practice's own accredited Miami facility, described as continually updated, with lunch provided during the procedure day.6 The clinic says it has received patients from all 50 US states and over 80 countries, and supports out-of-town patients with discounted-hotel arrangements from inquiry through follow-up.6 The practice sits on the South Miami Hospital campus, twenty minutes from Miami International Airport.8
