They posted updates from 5 months ("so-so" but "worlds better") through 8 and 12 months ("One of the best decisions I ever made"), reporting some increased shedding after 6 months. At the 2-year update they were more mixed: "it's not perfect and it was quite expensive", and they wrote "Nice guy but don't think I'd recommend him esp for the cost", saying they would probably go to another surgeon if they ever add density.

Hopeful_Tank2302 had a second FUE of 4500 grafts with Dr Jeffrey Wise in Wayne, NJ, in 2024, paying $22,500 (he thinks about $5 a graft with a Father's Day discount). He planned 3500 but authorised as much as the doctor could safely do, with 2 techs. A few days after surgery he said "He and his team were impeccable" and that overall he is happy, though he calls it expensive. Later he compared Wise with another NJ surgeon, saying Wise gave more hands-on involvement, smaller punches and more follow-up.

Formal-Yak7056 had not met Dr Wise in Northern NJ when he wrote in January 2023 that he found it "HIGHLY sus" that a 20% deposit was required before the consultation. He had dealt only with an office worker who supposedly reviewed his photos with the doctor and said he needed 3k grafts. He later wrote that he scheduled a paid consultation with another doctor instead. He was never a patient of this surgeon.
