Dr. Jeong-taek Kim

Dr Jeong-taek Kim (김정택) is a director at Romimo Hair Restoration Center (강남로미모의원) in Gangnam, Seoul, near Gangnam Station 15. The clinic's doctors page describes Dr Kim as the director in charge of the operating room and of aesthetics 1. The site lists training as a trainee doctor at Samsung Medical Center, but does not give a medical school or specialty board 1. The clinic offers only hair transplant surgery and related hair services 12. Its representative directors are Dr Min-ho Kang and Dr Yang Ju-min 1.

The clinic offers unshaven FUE, a "quick" FUE with a reduced shaving area, strip (FUT) surgery, hairline correction, and eyebrow, beard and body hair transplants 26. The site says surgery is done with the patient seated, under sedation plus local anaesthesia 2. It says CCTV is installed in every operating room 2. The about page describes a surgical team divided by role and centred on the representative director 4. The site does not say which surgical steps Dr Kim performs personally 14.

The clinic's official list of non-covered fees prices hair transplants per hair, not per graft 3. The rates run from KRW 1,190 per hair for strip surgery to KRW 2,990 per hair for unshaven FUE on long hair, and the list was last changed on 7 June 2025 3. Full-shave FUE is KRW 1,690 per hair and partial-shave FUE KRW 1,990 per hair 3. Because the page gives no hairs-per-graft ratio, there is no figure for 3,000 grafts 3.

The clinic is open Monday to Saturday except Thursday, and booking is by phone, KakaoTalk or an online form 52. The about page sets out an aftercare schedule: stitches out and a director's check at two weeks, a check and prescription at one to three months, and a results review up to one year 4. The homepage mentions up to two years of aftercare service, including shampoo service and scalp care 2.

The Korean Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (KSHRS) member finder lists Dr Kim at Romimo, with the clinic's address and website 7. The clinic site says Dr Kim is a full member of the KSHRS and a member of the Korean Society for Laser Skin Hair 1.
