Dr. Ji-seong Bang

Dr Ji-seong Bang (방지성) is the representative director of AceBangHair Clinic, a hair transplant clinic on Seolleung-ro in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, that carries his name 13. He is the only doctor the clinic's site names 1. The clinic describes him as a surgery specialist and a graduate of the Chung-Ang University graduate school of medicine 1. It lists earlier posts as representative director of the Forhair hair transplant center and head of the FUE centre at Mojelim, and training at Forhair Clinic in the United States 1. The clinic says he has worked on FUE since 2008, when the method was first introduced in Korea 2.

The clinic's menu covers FUE, an unshaven method it calls Ace No-cut, a high-density method it calls ACE UDT, revision surgery, hairline, eyebrow, crown and parting transplants, and scalp micropigmentation 2. The clinic says it has no consultation manager 2. It says the doctor handles each patient from consultation through surgery to aftercare, in what it calls a one-on-one system 2. He is listed as a member in the member finder of the Korean Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (KSHRS) 5. The clinic says he is an ABHRS diplomate and a full member of the ISHRS and the KSHRS 1. He was not in our July 2026 copy of the ABHRS diplomate list 6. He did not appear in the ISHRS public directory in October 2026, which lists only members who opt in 7.
