The clinic's site lists a BHSc from McMaster University and graduation from Yonsei University College of Medicine, without a specialty board 1. It also names Dr Lee as research director of the clinic's hair follicle stem cell research institute 1. In the profile, Dr Lee promises to give their best "from the diagnosis and surgery beforehand to the moments of care after the procedure" 1. The other chief director is Dr Hwa Jung Yoo 1.

The clinic offers strip (FUT) surgery and FUE with full-shave, line-shave, partial-shave and non-shaven harvesting 3. The site does not say which surgical steps each director performs 1.
