howling-at-the-sun travelled from the US for an FUE of 2,400 grafts with Dr. Kayihan Sahinoglu in Istanbul in late November 2024, paying 1.8 euro per graft plus 100 euro for the airport transfer and about 70 euro per night for the hotel. Before booking he liked the conservative graft estimate and dealing with the doctor directly. At 6 and 8 months post-op he wrote that he 'could not be happier' and called it 'An extremely positive experience from beginning to end.'

Moist_Permit6513 had 3,400 grafts over two days (2,000 then 1,400) with Dr. Kayihan Sahinoglu in Istanbul in 2024 for around $8,000, with hotel and car service separate. Two weeks after surgery they were 'satisfied overall'; at 10 months they said the front looks great but the middle is 'not as good as I hoped for', with a gap near the crown. They add that the surgeon is very slow to respond because he does everything himself.

Terrible_Trouble177 had not had surgery with Dr Kayihan Sahinoglu in the reports we hold. In November 2024 he said the doctor quoted about 3200 grafts at 1.8 euros per graft, but complained that WhatsApp replies were very slow. In December he said he was unsure about going ahead because the doctor prefers a conservative, natural hairline while he wanted a more aggressive one, adding "not saying that he is not a good doctor". By January 2025 he had a transplant booked for the following week in Istanbul and was asking about the hotel, which he said costs 72 euro a night but 479 euros on the day of the transplant.

Accomplished_Dig_660 did not have surgery with Dr. Kayihan Sahinoglu. Through the referral company Healthtravels they were quoted 2,800 grafts at 1.8 euro per graft (5,040 euro) over 3 days, and they ended up choosing a Bangkok surgeon instead. They noted that when they contacted the clinic themselves they never got a reply, and that Sahinoglu has no real patient stories floating around, positive or negative.

meldishnawy had 3230 FUE grafts with Prof. Dr. Kayihan Sahinoglu in 2022 at 1.5 EUR per graft (about 4845 EUR), covering surgery and post-op only, not hotel or transport. At about day 20 they wrote "Overall very positive" and said they highly recommend him. Their one criticism was limited customer support, with the doctor answering WhatsApp himself in short replies. No result update is posted.

Baeyb, a Norwood 2 with a healthy donor area, was choosing between Dr Kayihan Sahinoglu and another surgeon for September 2025. Sahinoglu quoted 5k USD for 2,500 grafts including airport transport to a hotel within walking distance of the clinic, against 10k USD for 2,500 grafts from the other. They found him well respected but with little information and few reviews online, and had not had surgery.

This user, Norwood 5, had a first procedure with Dr Kayihan Sahinoglu in Turkey around May 2022 at $1.5 per graft (graft count not given). At 7 months they saw definite improvement and wrote "I recommend this Dr.", saying he is hands on and sees one patient a day. In 2024 they said they had had 2 procedures with him and after a year of the second they were kind of unhappy with the density.

Denactor was choosing between Dr Kayihan Sahinoglu and Dr İlhan Serdaroğlu and had not had surgery with either. They report Sahinoglu's price as 1.8 euro per graft with accommodation not included, against about 1.3-5 euro per graft for Serdaroglu. They say both responded with the exact number of grafts needed and are reputable, and that Sahinoglu does everything including channelling but plants with his nurses. They think the outcome is about the same and asked whether it is worth paying extra.
