They looked at Wimpole Clinic because of the Rob Holding result but say they could not find other evidence of Sciacca's work. They report that the clinic tried to get them to agree to a different doctor, quoting 2200-2400 grafts for 6,000 pounds, and that Sciacca was unavailable for a personal consultation until late September. They have said they are considering Thailand or the UK and have ruled out Turkey.

He had an FUE of about 2800 grafts (2100 front, 700 crown) with Dr. Luciano Sciacca at Wimpole Clinic, London, in January 2023 for £6800. He says Sciacca did the design, incisions and harvest himself. He was very happy at the start and at about a year said he had no regrets and calls the results life changing. He notes his mid scalp has since started to thin and he would likely have another procedure.

He says Sciacca did the numbing, agreed the hairline, punched and placed the hair forming the new hairline, after which his team did the rest, and the procedure overran. He wrote 'I cant recommend him enough' and says he couldn't be happier; graft count and price are not stated.
