DeviantNYC2024 had an FUT hairline transplant with Dr Wolfeld in New York in 2024, approximately 1850 grafts in one post and around 1800 in another. Asked about cost he said it was about 11K, without stating currency or inclusions. At 5 months he called him an "AMAZING doctor!!", a year after surgery he said he was "Completely!" happy and the result was "night and day", and at 14 months he described an "Amazing experience - from initial consult to the follow ups." He reports taking oral minoxidil and finasteride with no side effects.

Humble-Departure3680, who says they were 26 before the procedure, was quoted about 9.5k with robotic FUE by Dr Wolfeld in NYC and had 1,290 grafts in 2023. Before surgery they wrote "I trust Dr. Wolfeld for sure" but called the price much more than expected. After the first wash they wrote he is a great doctor and they knew the hairline would be conservative, but it "isn’t looking so great"; they felt around 1800 grafts would have been better and were surprised how much hair they lost, hoping it was temporary stress loss. No later result update is given.

Confident-Abroad-798 had not had surgery. In September 2024 he said Dr Wolfeld in NYC quoted '25M' (currency not stated) for 1,400 grafts of robotic FUE and asked whether that was enough. After commenters said 1,400 was too few, he said he was leaning toward Turkish clinics such as Dr Gur or Turan. He gives no verdict on Wolfeld.

He called the experience very good, though his one concern was a hairline drawn about an inch above his existing hair; asked about cost he said only that it was "very pricey", with no figure given. He chose Wolfeld after seeing Dr Stoller and finding Dr Wesley could not see him until mid-September.

TonightIsNotForSale had not had surgery and in July 2023 was comparing three US quotes: 2,200 grafts from Dr. Wolfeld, 3,000 from Dr. Buchwach and 4,000 from CoolSpa in NYC. They met the doctor and had phone conversations with the first two clinics and gave no verdict on Wolfeld. No prices are stated.

dsverds had consultations at Bernstein Medical, each costing $185, and has not had a transplant. He says the first time around with Wolfeld was "pretty decent", in contrast to a two-minute follow-up with Dr Bernstein himself that left a bad taste in his mouth.
