llcooljacob_ had about 3,110 grafts (3,500 quoted at consultation) with Dr. Michelle Ischayek at Alvi Armani in Beverly Hills in 2025, at roughly $6 a graft, around $18k in total including PRP and post-op items. He was 8 days post-op when he posted. Because his donor density and hair quality were low, the hairline and temples were set a centimeter or two higher than he wanted and the crown was almost not transplanted; he says the doctors were conscientious and he is happy with the middle ground, though a second transplant might be in his future. He called it expensive but worth it to be close to home.

They say everything went terrific and the latest one turned out real well. No graft count, price, technique, photos or timeline are given.
