The OP had around 2500 grafts with Dr Mondrian Parissis in London in February 2026, paying around $10k. They say Dr Parissis did the extraction and cut the holes, with two technicians placing the grafts. At 4 months they posted photos and worried some front hairs look multi-graft and pluggy, and concluded they should wait until the 6 month mark. Commenters said it is too early to judge.

    3,500 grafts surgery 2026

The OP had surgery with Dr Parissis on 14 July 2026 and posted within days. They agreed 3500 grafts, Dr Parissis suggested a more conservative 3000 to protect the donor, and in the end more than 3500 were harvested, including some from the beard. They say he exceeded all expectations from start to finish. Commenters pushed back that the post reads like an advert without before and after pictures, and that results are what matter, which only come after about a year.

The OP had 2204 grafts via FUT and FUE in London in 2025, with roughly 1750 from the strip, done by Dr Bloxham with assistance from Dr Parissis, so Parissis is named as assisting rather than lead. At day 6 they said they were a tad concerned about density, especially on the right, hoping their coarse hair gives an illusion of density. No cost is given and no growth outcome is shown yet.

The commenter had a consultation with Dr Parissis in London but has not had surgery with him. They said he was pretty honest compared with other clinics they visited, and honest and realistic, though he did not promise to get their hair fully back. They first planned to use him, but in July 2025 said they were probably going to Dr Ted Miln in Cardiff instead, at similar prices.
