    breakingbonesman, aged 22, had a last-minute transplant in July 2024 with Dr. Nasser Nasser at Mondial Hair Clinic in Lebanon, the day before flying home. He says he got 2,500 grafts (his own estimate; the clinic gave no count, only 5,000 hairs afterwards) and paid $2,000 in cash after a first quote of $2,500. Four days after surgery he called it "a great experience", saying the clinic followed up with him every day despite him being abroad. He had only early, day-4 results to report.
