Background

The team page says she focuses on a long-term approach and on managing the donor area 1.

Air fare is not included 2.

    male NW7 2,550 grafts surgery 2026

itsmajestic09 had a second procedure at the same clinic in 2026, 2,550 grafts (2,100 scalp, 450 beard) over two days performed by Dr. Pareja, and said it cost $5100. The first procedure there was 3,000 grafts; he describes himself as NW7 with retrograde alopecia, and said Dr Camacho and Dr Pareja planned to preserve his donor area. He posted updates from day of surgery to 5 months, saying "Good experience again for sure" at the start and "All in all I m happy with this decision" throughout, preferring to be conservative and possibly need another procedure over over-harvesting.

burnahair had just over 3,000 grafts with Dr. Pareja at Bogota Hairlines in Colombia around May 2023 and paid 5300 USD (the price included two hotel nights and taxi rides). Aged 50 and probably a Norwood 7, he put the grafts in the front and mid section with a mature hairline and no crown work. He said he was very satisfied the day after surgery, very happy at 5 weeks and 3 months, and at one year "happy with the experience overall", noting that Dr. Pareja was his main doctor but 3 or 4 other people also worked on him. In September 2024 he wrote "I love the results" and said the clinic gives great results for a fair price.

    3,000 grafts surgery 2025

The user had 3k grafts, hairline only, with DHI pens at Bogota Hairlines in 2025, saying Dr Camacho and Dr Pareja were both involved in the whole process while techs only separated grafts, added anesthesia and loaded the pens. At 6 months they wrote it was overall a great experience they would recommend, and they were happy so far while hoping for more density. They reported losing quite a bit of native hair in the midscalp that seemed to be coming back, and said the numbing shots were the most painful part.

The user had FUE with Dr Pareja at Bogota Hairlines in Colombia on March 14, 2023, paying a fixed $5,300 for up to 3,000 grafts; 3,025 were transplanted at no extra charge, and a later post gives 3,010. They called Dr Pareja incredible shortly after surgery, reported steady progress with minimal shedding at 7 months, and in February 2025 wrote that at 2 years the hair is still perfect and the donor area cannot be noticed.

    3,013 grafts surgery 2022

Agile-Condition5233 posted a 1-year update after 3,013 FUE grafts with Dr Pareja at Bogota Hairlines in November 2022, mostly in the frontal third with about 500 grafts a bit before the crown and none in the crown. They give the cost as about $5,000 (around $6k with travel) and say Dr Pareja charged $1.5 per graft versus $2.3 for Dr Camacho. They take finasteride 1mg and minoxidil daily, explain the patchy look as native hair held by medication where no grafts were placed, and plan a second procedure in 2024 for the crown and mid scalp. They stated no overall verdict.

Mother-Joke-6717 had a 2100-graft, 4-hour procedure with Dr Paola Pareja at Bogota Hairlines and posted at month 3. She said Pareja messed her up: shock loss left her with less hair than before, grafts missed the intended area leaving a visible bald spot, and she was steered toward volume when she had asked to lower the hairline and for side coverage. She also said Pareja left the clinic almost immediately after the surgery, and a US consultation had suggested 1500 grafts where Pareja proposed 3,000. She planned to post photos at month 6.

Writing on day 3, he said he was very happy with the experience and looking forward to the next few months. He described a clear WhatsApp consultation, a 6.5 to 7 hour surgery, extremely painful anesthesia, and a firm front-right area that slowed things down. He says they stopped when the desired density was achieved, which explains the odd graft count. Before surgery he said the experience was good, with great and very attentive customer service, and logistics handled by a coordinator over WhatsApp. No price or result is given.

C1PH3R_EH had a transplant with Dr. Pareja at Bogota Hairlines around February 2023, choosing her over Dr. Camacho because of the cost and availability, and takes finasteride and minoxidil. At 5 days post-op they called her awesome and the staff very professional, noting the clinic-provided hotel was small and basic. In a May 2024 comment they called it the best thing they have ever done, said their hair looks incredible and that they would pick her again. No graft count or price is given.
