On the public record

Tribunal 8 Sep 2010

New Zealand's Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal found professional misconduct, which he admitted: his CV falsely claimed passes in UK postgraduate exams (MRCP Parts 1 and 2, FRCA Primary), and he falsely told his anaesthesia training supervisor he had passed Part 1 of the ANZCA exam, backed by a forged letter. Suspended for six months from 23 September 2010, fined NZ$5,000 and censured; he kept his registration.
