Dr. Wen Yi Wu

Dr Wen Yi Wu (吳文藝) is the director of Taiwan Hair Transplant Clinic (萌髮植髮診所) in Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan 12. The clinic describes him as a full-time hair transplant doctor with more than 21 years of experience 1. It says he has performed more than 10,000 transplant operations 2. It says he has had male pattern hair loss himself, which led him to study hair transplantation 1.

The clinic offers FUE, FUT and COMBO (FUT plus FUE) transplants, with services for male hairlines, women's hair loss and scalp micropigmentation 3. Its homepage says FUT can harvest 3,000 to 5,000 grafts at once for large cases 3. The clinic says (in Chinese) that Dr Wu designs the hairline around existing hair direction, face shape and future hair loss, and aims to conserve the limited donor supply 1. Its FUE page says scalp inflammation, infection or other scalp disease must be treated before surgery 4.
