kaym94 had 4,500 FUE grafts with Dr Yetkin Bayer in Istanbul in August 2024 at age 29, paying a total of 2650 euros, of which about 900 euros was extra for Dr Bayer to make the recipient incisions himself. He said technicians did the rest of the procedure, and wished the doctor could also place the grafts. At 5 months he was very satisfied, and at 8 months he said the hair looks amazing and the extra payment for the surgeon's incisions was worth it because he made the hairline look less artificial.

Icy_Departure_3604 had a hair and beard transplant with Yetkin Bayer in January 2024 and a second one at a different clinic, HEVA, in January 2025; no graft counts or prices are given. At 16 days post-op he said the donor area had fully recovered and was undetectable, while the beard recipient area was coming in slowly. He says Dr Bayer is conservative and they went back and forth over the beard line design, that technicians did the procedure and did not use magnifying eyewear when placing grafts, and that he had bumps on his face after scab removal that skin care cleared. They said months three and four were rough, growth accelerated after month 5, and the crown is progressing much slower with some redness.
