Christian Bisanga richtte in 2006 BHR Clinic in Brussel op 1. BHR is gevestigd in Rhode-Saint-Genèse, en de site vermeldt ook twee andere artsen, Konstantinos Lampropoulos en Abby Kyambikwa 2. Behandelingen en technieken
BHR noemt FUE, FUT/strip, lichaamshaartransplantatie en littekencorrectie, PRP en scalp micropigmentation onder haar diensten 2. Volgens de FAQ van de kliniek kunnen FUE-sessies tot 3.000 grafts per dag opleveren en FUT-sessies tot 5.000 grafts waar dat passend is 3. Ze beschrijft een aanpak met dense packing die per patiënt mikt op de meest passende dichtheid in plaats van de hoogst mogelijke, en noemt een aanvaardbaar transectiepercentage van ongeveer 5 tot 7% en een aanvaardbaar groeipercentage van de grafts van ruwweg 94 tot 98% 3. Lichaamshaar, meestal baardhaar, wordt omschreven als laatste redmiddel als het donorgebied op de hoofdhuid beperkt is 3. De kliniek zegt ook patiënten na geslachtsaanpassing en Afro-haar te behandelen, waarbij dat laatste een ander ontwerp van de haarlijn vraagt dan Kaukasische of Aziatische haarlijnen 3. Over grote sessies in het algemeen waarschuwt ze dat aantallen grafts in de branche soms worden opgedreven tot wat zij een onethische, onhoudbare mate noemt 3.
Prijzen
BHR publiceert geen vaste prijzen. Volgens de FAQ worden de kosten per persoon toegelicht en vastgelegd in het behandelplan van de patiënt 3.
Boeken en nazorg
Consulten beginnen online: het intakeformulier van BHR vraagt om geüploade foto's van voorkant, bovenkant, zijkanten en achterkant, plus haarverlies in de familie, huidige medicatie, eerdere transplantaties en de gestelde doelen 4. De kliniek zegt dat Bisanga zo de foto's kan beoordelen en een behandelplan met een kostenraming kan terugsturen 2. De nazorg bestaat volgens de FAQ uit antibacteriële reinigingsmiddelen en shampoos, meestal twee weken lang, waarna de gewone haarverzorging weer kan 3.
Kwalificaties en lidmaatschappen
De site van BHR vermeldt voor Bisanga geen board-certificering of lidmaatschap van een beroepsvereniging; de enige externe vermelding die is gevonden, is een vermelding in de directory van het Hair Transplant Network 5.

In late 2024, at 5 years out, he was weighing a second transplant (considering the US, Mexico, or Turkey, or returning to Bisanga) because he felt he needed more density to feel confident, even though he'd been told 'everything held strong.' In the first nine to ten days post-op he posted repeated worried updates about hairless patches after scab removal, at one point calling the surgery and post-op experience 'very good' while still awaiting results. By 9.5 months post-op his assessment had reversed: he says he is 'extremely NOT satisfied with the results,' reporting that growth stalled and reversed with ongoing shedding, and that his hairline came out too straight and high, with the clinic telling him it 'can't take it lower.'

Modeine had 2700 grafts in Brussels in November 2024, shared between Dr Bisanga and Dr Kostis, paying 10,700 EUR. They posted updates from day 2 to day 10. They described the surgery day and first night as very uncomfortable, with some excess bleeding checked at the day-1 visit and grafts looking fine. They said the work looked good and that the reassurance of a reputable clinic was "worth the extra cost". At day 10 they were happy with the work so far but trying not to get too excited before the 6-8 month mark.

Equanimous-Fox had FUE surgery with Dr Bisanga at BHR Clinic (Brussels) around 17 May 2023, reported as 3100 grafts at her 70-day update and 3055 grafts at her 4-month update, restoring the hairline and reinforcing temples; no exact price was given, only that Bisanga cost "1.5-2x more expensive than Turkey." At 70 days she was worried the temples "don't really seem to come through" and were still "very thin peach fuzz," though her own updates never render a final verdict. As of December 2025 they were weighing Christian Bisanga — paired with Dr Abby or Dr Kostis, with Bisanga handling only recipient-area incisions rather than donor extraction — against Dr Lupanzula, Dr Emile Georges, and other surgeons for a planned 2000-2500 graft densification of the mid-scalp and hairline. A few months post-op they called it 'a great experience' (caveating results weren't final), and by about 2 months said they were 'already happy with my results.' By the week-20 update they described the whole process as 'so great,' praised communication with Bisanga's team and the doctor as fantastic, and said 'I would highly recommend!'
