Dr Zafer Cetinkaya werkt met Estenove in Istanbul, dat hem zijn Surgical Team Lead noemt 1. Behandelingen en technieken
Estenove zegt dat zijn expertise FUE en DHI omvat, waaronder Sapphire FUE, ICE FUE, hybride technieken en baardtransplantatie 1. Volgens Estenove rondde hij in 2015 een certificaatprogramma mesotherapie af aan Istanbul Medipol University 1. Estenove noemt FUE met saffiermesjes, DHI met een Choi-pen, stamceltherapie, baard- en wenkbrauwtransplantaties 2. De kliniek zegt dat grafts onder een microscoop worden gesorteerd in groepen van 1, 2 en 3+ haren en dat alleen grafts met één haar in de voorste haarlijn worden geplaatst 5. Prijzen
Estenove publiceert drie vaste pakketten, geen prijzen per graft: EUR 3.395, EUR 4.595 met stamcelbehandeling, en EUR 6.595 voor Premium (stand oktober 2026) 7. Alle drie omvatten een PRP-sessie, VIP-transfers, hotelovernachtingen, een nazorgpakket en 18 maanden nazorgbegeleiding 7. De pakketten noemen geen arts. "MD participation" bij de incisies staat vermeld voor alle drie, en bij de extractie alleen voor Premium 7. Vluchten zijn niet inbegrepen 5.
Boeken en nazorg
Estenove biedt een gratis consult via een formulier of WhatsApp met zijn "experts" 8. De kliniek raadt aan minstens een tot twee maanden vooruit te boeken 5. Volgens Estenove omvatten de pakketten een nazorgprogramma van 18 maanden 2. They report paying $5k USD including hotel and transport for the package with a stem cell procedure, and in another comment $3500 plus $1500 for stem cell. They say a team of three technicians did most of the extraction and implanting under the doctor's supervision. Early on they were happy with the process; at months 2-4 they describe shock loss and patchy growth until month 5, and at about 14 months they say they are really happy with their results.

He said he was still happy at 6 and 7 months but noted the right side looks over-harvested, temples patchy, and that technicians did much of the work without explaining it in advance. At 8 months he wrote "Loving the process", wishing the front were thicker and noting some donor scarring that is fading.

They say Dr. Zafer drew the hairline, he and his understudy did the incisions, and technicians did extractions and placement.
