Dr Zafer Cetinkaya works with Estenove in Istanbul, which calls him its Surgical Team Lead 1. Estenove says he graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2011, worked as an emergency room physician and then a workplace physician, and moved into hair transplantation in 2014 1. Procedures and techniques
Estenove says his expertise covers FUE and DHI, including Sapphire FUE, ICE FUE, hybrid techniques and beard transplantation 1. It says he completed a mesotherapy certificate programme at Istanbul Medipol University in 2015 1. Estenove lists FUE with sapphire blades, DHI with a Choi pen, stem cell therapy, beard and eyebrow transplants 2. Pricing
Estenove publishes three fixed packages, not per-graft prices: EUR 3,395, EUR 4,595 with stem cell treatment, and EUR 6,595 for Premium (as of October 2026) 7. All three include a PRP session, VIP transfers, hotel nights, an aftercare kit and 18 months of follow-up support 7. The packages do not name a doctor. "MD participation" in the incisions is listed for all three, and in the extraction only for Premium 7. Flights are not included 5.
Booking and aftercare
Estenove offers a free consultation by form or WhatsApp with its "experts" 8. It recommends booking at least one to two months ahead 5. It says its packages include an 18-month aftercare programme 2. It gives a guarantee on post-operative results, except hair loss caused by other health conditions or therapies, provided the patient follows the doctor's instructions 5.

He said he was still happy at 6 and 7 months but noted the right side looks over-harvested, temples patchy, and that technicians did much of the work without explaining it in advance. At 3 months they said 80-90% of the new hair had shed and was growing back; at 5 months they said growth felt slower than others' and they hoped for more density. At 9 months they called it definitely worth it and would do it again, though still not fully happy with density and they found the doctor meeting and hairline drawing a bit rushed.
