De kliniek biedt sapphire FUE, DHI en baardtransplantatie aan, naast PRP, mesotherapie en andere niet-chirurgische behandelingen 2. In January 2020 this user had his first transplant with Dr. Ziya Yavuz's team in Istanbul, and his brother was treated by the same team. Writing five years later, in a thread mainly about a later procedure in Patna, he says they have both been unhappy with their results. He describes double grafts in the hairline, an unnatural shape and a lack of density on the scalp and crown, though he thinks some of the thinning was extra loss since then. He also says the Patna surgeon did all the incisions and extraction himself, something he did not get in Turkey.

This 33-year-old traveled from Australia to Turkey in 2023 for 4,200 grafts with Dr Ziya Yavuz, staying a week in Istanbul afterwards. Surgery was with the doctor and 2-3 assistants and took 6-7 hours. At day 14 he rated the consultation and surgery experience 10/10 and communication 9/10, though he sometimes had to reword questions and felt the first wash at the clinic was a touch rushed. At 10 months he says the results are amazing and he is very happy, though it looks a touch thin in photos.

Writing in Turkish about Dr Ziya Yavuz's clinic, the user says 4000 grafts were planned and done, and that Yavuz took part only for the channels while his team did the rest. At 7 months he reports a very wide donor area was harvested, with heavy shedding and large gaps there, and weak growth of the transplanted hair in a small part of the scalp. He says other dermatologists told him a second transplant is not possible, and that he would never recommend the clinic.
