Writing five years later, in a thread mainly about a later procedure in Patna, he says they have both been unhappy with their results. He describes double grafts in the hairline, an unnatural shape and a lack of density on the scalp and crown, though he thinks some of the thinning was extra loss since then. He also says the Patna surgeon did all the incisions and extraction himself, something he did not get in Turkey.

Surgery was with the doctor and 2-3 assistants and took 6-7 hours. At day 14 he rated the consultation and surgery experience 10/10 and communication 9/10, though he sometimes had to reword questions and felt the first wash at the clinic was a touch rushed.
