Hair transplant doctors in Japan
Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has a public physician licence search: enter the full name in kanji and the sex to see the year of registration, and any administrative sanction for as long as it runs. It shows no workplace. Some Japanese clinics charge a base fee on top of the graft price, so check what a quoted total includes; each profile shows exactly what is on the record.
