Victor Hasson earned his medical degree at the University of Cape Town in 1984, then began a hair transplant surgical preceptorship in Vancouver in 1993 1. The clinic offers both FUE and FUT, and says Hasson emphasizes an artistic approach to graft placement 1. Per its bio page, he helped create a device that customizes surgical blades to each patient's follicle size for denser packing 1. The practice describes a "one pass" approach to reach target density in a single session; his procedures are said to average 3,500 to 4,500 grafts a day and routinely exceed 5,000 in one sitting 1. The clinic classifies sessions of 3,000 or more grafts as megasessions 3. For FUT it uses a trichophytic closure meant to let hair grow through the scar, and it also offers scar-revision surgery for old scars from previous procedures 4.

The clinic's cost calculator lists FUE at $8 per graft for the first 2,000 grafts and $6 per graft after, and FUT at $6 per graft for the first 2,000 and $4 per graft after; currency isn't specified 2.
